CECOR CP50 Series
CECOR introduces its propane-powered combination sump cleaner/dispenser—a breakthrough in fluid management. With rapid suction, high nozzle velocity, and impressive discharge capabilities, this versatile system excels in both sump cleaning and fluid dispensing.
Featuring twin tanks on the same chassis, this efficient equipment enables swift sump cleaning followed by effortless refilling with fresh metalworking fluid. Similar to the single-tank Sump Shark® (SP50 Series), this unit ensures consistent performance by dispensing dirty fluid at the same rate it vacuums.
Elevate your fluid management process with CECOR’s cutting-edge technology. Simplify operations, enhance efficiency, and maximize productivity with our reliable sump cleaner/dispenser.
Clean Dispensing Tank
The CP50 dispenser tank is a convenient metalworking fluid dispenser for filling or topping off the sump with clean or recycled fluid.
The Right Tool
- 20 HP Propane Engine
- Pump in & Pump Out Capability
- Cost-Effective
- High Suction Lift (up to 13” hg)
- Lobe-Type Positive Displacement Pump
- Reduce Machine Tool Downtime
Filtering
The CP50 series has a standard 2.3 cubic foot filter (F23). CECOR provides three different filter medias with every sump cleaner to help customers determine the best filter media for their application. The F23 filter is equipped for forklift or hook hoist handling. The F23 is round with a top dimension of 9-1/2″ and a bottom dimension of 13-3/8″. The greater bottom dimension allows for easier cleanout and is due to one of our safety features; the CECOR patented compound linkage & rotary latch allows you to safely dump the filter from the bottom.
Hose Box Options
CECOR sump cleaners are set up to handle either a 1-1/2” or 2” suction/dispensing hose. Many of our customers have found the 2” hose is better suited for the heavy-duty sump cleaner models. There is an option to use a 1-1/2” hose which some customers find easier to handle.
Better Design
The CP50 features a robust steel tank construction, complete with an oversized wing nut-secured cleanout door and a drain port for swift liquid removal. Mounted flush to the tank's bottom, the cleanout door facilitates easy flush-to-bottom rinsing and scraping of any sludge that bypasses the filtering system. With an 8” x 10” door and a 1-1/4” drain port, cleaning is made effortless and efficient.
Outperforming traditional methods like the shop-vac, pail, and shovel, the Sump Shark® demonstrates its superiority once again. The CECOR CP50 boasts a plug & play design for straightforward operation. With CECOR’s impressive suction and filtering capabilities, reusing quality metalworking fluid after sump cleaning becomes a breeze. Whether utilizing new or recycled fluid, the onboard dispensing tank stands ready for use, leading to significant savings in both fluid and waste costs. When considering the time saved with a CECOR sump cleaner/dispenser, it becomes evident that it is the ultimate cleaning tool for machine tool sumps. The CECOR sump cleaning process excels in effectiveness, speed, simplicity, and safety.
Safety is Key
The CP50 has a three-step system to prevent over pressurization of the sump cleaner:
- Pressure Regulator – Factory sets the operating pressure to 6 PSI.
- Pressure Relief Valve – Factory sets the relief valve to allow unmuffled sound at 8 psi.
- Mechanical (non-electric) overflow protection to prevent the tank from overflowing.
- Regular sump cleanings reduce the odors from a dirty sump & risk of dermatitis.
Monitor the Process
The Combination Sump Cleaner/Dispenser comes with a pressure gauge that shows the level of performance the Sump Shark® is delivering.
