CECOR DE4 Dispenser

CECOR’s single phase electric mobile dispensers are equipped to dispense metalworking fluid at up to 15 gallons per minute.  Companies using CECOR dispensers benefit from a more controlled dispensing solution that reduces guesswork, fluid waste, and operator fatigue.  The DE4 is manufactured to handle the industrial environment and is available in 4 sizes from 65 to 200 gallons.

Our customers have used CECOR mobile dispensers for both topping off sumps & refilling machine tools with fresh or recycled metalworking fluid.  The dispensers have quality casters for easy movement around the shop floor.  The DE4 uses a diaphragm vacuum pump to move the fluid from the DE4 to the machine tool.  There is a shutoff valve at the end of the hose so the user can quickly stop the flow when needed.

This unit can be matched with the CECOR mixer to quickly fill the dispenser, easily & quickly move the dispenser to a machine tool and either top it off or fill it up.
