Warranty Statement

CECOR hereby warrants that it will repair/replace free of charge, such products furnished by CECOR that were manufactured or purchased by CECOR and that are, or become, defective within one year after date of shipment because of defects in design, material or workmanship. If return to CECOR is needed for repair, after notice to CECOR is given and its written consent thereto, the product is shipped prepaid to CECOR at Belleville, Wisconsin, and provided the parts in question, prove to the satisfaction of CECOR, to be defective because of defects of material and workmanship, CECOR will repair/replace defective item. This warranty does not apply to or include the cost incurred for removal and/or installation of any part and/or any replacement part. The warranty is only valid if this equipment is applied in accordance to standard specifications and operational instructions in the handling of water base coolants/cutting oils.
CECOR makes no warranties for such sub-assemblies manufactured by third parties and specifically disclaims any warranties with regard thereto, including implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular use. This includes Gasoline and/or LP Gas internal combustion engines, pumps, mobile platforms or other similar sub-assemblies, such as trucks, carts or self-propelled platforms manufactured by third parties.
Batteries are not covered by this warranty, but rather are covered by the standard warranty of the battery manufacturer, which varies from model to model. Copies of the specific warranty of the manufacturer and limitations are incorporated by reference herein. Upon request, copies of the battery manufacturer’s warranty will be provided in advance of shipment.
Gasoline and LP Gas internal combustion engines are not covered by this warranty, but rather are covered by the standard warranty of the engine manufacturer, which varies from model to model. Copies of the specific warranty of the manufacturer and limitations are incorporated by reference herein. Upon request, copies of the engine manufacturer’s warranty will be provided in advance of shipment.
Pumps are not covered by this warranty, but rather are covered by the standard warranty of the pump manufacturer, which varies from model to model. Copies of the specific warranty of the manufacturer and limitations are incorporated by reference herein. Upon request, copies of the pump manufacturer’s warranty will be provided in advance of shipment.
Mixers are not covered by this warranty, but rather are covered by the standard warranty of the mixer manufacturer, which varies from model to model. Copies of the specific warranty of the manufacturer and limitations are incorporated by reference herein. Upon request, copies of the mixer manufacturer’s warranty will be provided in advance of shipment.
Electronic parts are covered by this warranty unless the box containing the electronic parts is opened without written authorization from CECOR.
Mobile platforms or other similar sub-assemblies, such as trucks, carts or self-propelled platforms are not covered by this warranty. The only warranties as to such sub-assemblies are those extended to the purchaser directly by the third-party manufacturer. Copies of the specific warranty of the manufacturer and limitations are incorporated by reference herein. Upon request, copies of the third-party manufacturer’s warranty will be provided in advance of shipment.
CECOR is not underwriting or guaranteeing any third-party manufactures warranties, nor is CECOR an agent of said third-party manufacturers for purpose of pursuing warranty claims or making service arrangements or any other purpose.
This warranty does not apply to paint or any damage of any unit occurring in transit, caused by alteration by unauthorized persons, fire, accident, artificially generated electric current, acts of God, misuse or abuse, or any other cause whatsoever other than defects in factory workmanship and/or material.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, and any other liability or obligation on the part of CECOR.
