The CECOR MagScraper Cleaning Tool is a purpose-built scraper designed for the fast and controlled removal of ferrous material from CECOR rare-earth magnetic products, including MagRod, MagLiner, and MagBank systems. Engineered specifically for high-strength magnetic assemblies, the MagScraper simplifies maintenance while improving operator safety.

The dual-diameter design allows one tool to service multiple CECOR magnetic filtration systems. The 1" circumference end is designed for MagRod assemblies that do not utilize a stainless steel sleeve, while the 1-1/4" circumference end is designed for MagLiner and MagBank systems where the magnetic rod is housed inside a stainless steel sleeve.

During cleaning, the magnetic core is removed from the housing or sleeve and the MagScraper is positioned around the rod. As the rod is withdrawn, the magnetic field is eliminated (in sleeved systems), allowing accumulated ferrous metal fines and chips to fall freely into a chip hopper, waste bin, or designated collection container. This controlled release minimizes direct handling and reduces maintenance time.
