CECOR MagLiner Magnetic Filter Insert
The CECOR MagLiner is a high-performance magnetic filtration insert designed specifically for industrial fluid filtration systems used throughout the metalworking industry. Engineered to capture and remove ferrous contaminants from process fluids, the MagLiner improves fluid cleanliness, protects downstream equipment, and extends the service life of cutting tools, pumps, and filtration components.
Each MagLiner utilizes a powerful 10,000 gauss rare earth magnetic rod enclosed within a precision stainless steel sleeve. As contaminated fluid passes over the MagLiner, ferrous particles are drawn to and held securely on the outer sleeve surface.
For fast and efficient maintenance, the internal magnetic core can be easily removed from the stainless sleeve. Once extracted, the magnetic field is eliminated, allowing accumulated metal particles to fall free from the sleeve surface for quick cleaning — minimizing downtime and simplifying service procedures.
