CECOR MagBank Magnetic Filtration Assembly

The CECOR MagBank is a modular magnetic filtration assembly designed to remove ferrous contamination from industrial machining fluids, wash solutions, and coolant systems. Utilizing the same high-performance rare earth magnetic technology as the CECOR MagLiner, the MagBank provides expanded magnetic surface area for higher flow rate applications and increased contaminant holding capacity.

Each MagBank consists of multiple 1" diameter rare earth magnetic rods housed within precision stainless steel sleeves. These sleeves are secured within a rigid top and bottom end plate assembly, allowing process fluid to pass across each magnetic element for effective ferrous particle capture.

During routine maintenance, the internal magnetic cores can be easily removed from the top of the unit using an integrated eyebolt after loosening the bottom retaining screw. Once the magnetic field is removed, accumulated contaminants fall free from the sleeve surface for quick and efficient cleaning.
