CECOR Ozone Diffusion Stone

The CECOR Ozone Diffusion Stone is a precision .5 micron stainless steel diffuser designed for use with the CECOR ozone generator to eliminate bacteria in metalworking fluids. By producing extremely fine bubbles, the diffusion stone maximizes surface area contact between ozone gas and fluid, dramatically increasing oxidation efficiency and bacterial kill performance.

Engineered for industrial durability and sanitation, this model features a threaded connection instead of a traditional hose barb. The threaded design allows the stone to be removed and placed directly into boiling water for sanitization, helping ensure clean, contamination-free operation in demanding environments.

When connected to a regulated ozone supply, gas is forced through the .5 micron stainless stone, creating a dense stream of microbubbles that rise through the fluid. This high surface area gas-to-liquid contact significantly improves absorption rates and enhances ozone effectiveness within the sump or fluid reservoir.
