CECOR CE10 Series

Introducing CECOR’s single-phase electric-powered combination sump cleaner/dispenser—a game-changer in fluid management. With rapid suction and discharge capabilities, this sleek system makes sump cleaning and fluid dispensing a breeze.

Featuring twin tanks on a single chassis, it's never been easier to clean out a sump and refill it with fresh metalworking fluid. Just like the single-tank Sump Shark® (SE10 Series), this unit keeps things consistent by dispensing dirty fluid at the same rate it vacuums.

Upgrade your workflow with CECOR’s innovative technology. Simplify your operations, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiency with our reliable sump cleaner/dispenser.

Clean Dispensing Tank

The CE10 dispenser tank is a convenient metalworking fluid dispenser for filling or topping off the sump with clean or recycled fluid.

The Right Tool

  • 1 HP Electric Motor
  • High Suction Lift (up to 17” hg)
  • Cost-Effective
  • Pump in & Pump Out Capability
  • Rotary, Vane-Type Vacuum Pump
  • Reduce Machine Tool Downtime

Filtering

The CE10 series has a standard 1 cubic foot filter (F10) and has an optional 2.3 cubic filter (F23) for jobs with more sludge.  CECOR provides three different filter medias with every sump cleaner to help customers determine the best filter media for their application.

F10 Filter Basket

The F10 filter allows the person cleaning the sump to lift out the filter media and empty it for disposal and then reuse the filter media for the next sump.

Optional F23 Filter Basket

The F23 filter is equipped for forklift or hook hoist handling.  The F23 is round with a top dimension of 9-1/2″ and a bottom dimension of 13-3/8″.  The greater bottom dimension allows for easier cleanout and is due to one of our safety features; the CECOR patented compound linkage & rotary latch allows you to safely dump the filter from the bottom.

Hose Box Options

CECOR sump cleaners are equipped to manage either a 1-½” or 2” suction/dispensing hose. The 1-½” hose option is particularly user-friendly, easing the handling process due to its optimal size. Thanks to the high suction speed of both hose options, 90% of our customers prefer the 1-½” hose for its superior balance of performance and value.

In Plant Electrical Requirements

  • 120 Volts
  • 60 Hertz
  • 13.4 Amps
  • Single Phase

Better Design

The CE10 is built with a sturdy steel tank, complete with an oversized wing nut-secured cleanout door for easy access. This door also features a drain port, ensuring quick removal of excess liquid. Mounted flush to the tank's bottom, the cleanout door allows for effortless rinsing and scraping of any sludge that bypasses the filtering system. With an 8” x 10” door and a 1-1/4” drain port, cleaning is made simple and efficient.

Outperforming traditional methods such as the shop-vac, pail, and shovel, the Sump Shark® proves its superiority. The CECOR CE10 boasts a plug & play design for effortless operation. With CECOR’s impressive suction and filtering capabilities, reusing quality metalworking fluid after sump cleaning becomes a breeze. Whether utilizing new or recycled fluid, the onboard dispensing tank is ready for use, leading to significant savings in both fluid and waste costs. When factoring in the time saved with a CECOR sump cleaner/dispenser, it becomes evident that it is the ultimate cleaning tool for machine tool sumps. The CECOR sump cleaning process stands out for its superior effectiveness, speed, simplicity, and safety.

Safety is Key

  1. The SE10 has a three-step system to prevent over pressurization of the sump cleaner:
    • Pressure Relief Valve – Factory sets the operating pressure to 6 psi.
    • Pressure Relief Valve – Prevents the unit from exceeding 8 psi.
    • Maximum pump pressure output 9 psi

  2. Mechanical (non-electric) overflow protection to prevent the tank from overflowing.
  3. Regular sump cleanings reduce the odors from a dirty sump & risk of dermatitis.
  4. Vacuum/Pressure Gauge that shows the level of performance the Sump Shark® is delivering.
  5. Safety input cap that relieves any pressure in the tank before removing cap.
