Drum Top Sump Sucker Air Powered

CECOR SA5-DT

SA5-DT is a wet vac drum top with a high suction lift. It fits onto a standard 55-gallon drum and will suction sludge & fluid from your CNC sump or pit.

The SA5-DT uses the same air venturi system we use on its big brother, the air powered Sump Shark®. This suction system can create a suction lift of up to 26” hg (mercury). This is equivalent to pulling water through a column 350” (9 meters) deep. You may have to tone it down a little to make sure your 55-gallon drum does not implode. The CECOR’s 55-gallon drum (TX-55PL) can handle the power of the SA5-DT drum top. Moving up to 70 gallons of fluid & sludge per minute with a 1-1/2” suction hose into a 55-gallon drum speeds up the sump cleaning process.

This drum top wet vac conveniently works on in plant air. You will need 1/2” air service with line pressure of 75 to 120 PSI (pounds per square inch) to get this type of performance.

CECOR sump cleaners are equipped to manage either a 1-½” or 2” suction/dispensing hose. The 1-½” hose option is particularly user-friendly, easing the handling process due to its optimal size. Thanks to the high suction speed of both hose options, 90% of our customers prefer the 1-½” hose for its superior balance of performance and value.
